Reach Out For Help

It is important to recognise when you are not feeling good and when to ask for help.

There is no shame in asking for support if you are feeling down or stressed, be kind to yourself.

We all go through times when we don’t feel as good as we should.

Make a big effort to talk with your friends and family, these connections can make a difference.

If your mental health is not improving be brave and make an appointment to speak with your GP.
