Breathe & Make Time For Yourself To Heal

Counselling with Naomi Eadon

About

Room To Breathe

I have created a space where people can take time to stop and breathe in this crazy world we live in.

I offer support when a person is suffering from the following:

  • anxiety

  • being overwhelmed with life

  • self-worth

  • lacking in confidence

  • depression

  • grief and loss

  • relationships

  • domestic violence

  • separation in relationships

  • parenting and step parenting

I am also a counsellor for the Road Trauma Unit of SA. This is for people who have been in or witnessed a car accident. I am here to support these clients through their trauma and to heal.

I understand that life can be full of challenges, some more difficult than others. In our space you are free to express your feelings and be understood. Most importantly all sessions are confidential.

I believe that we all have the desire and the capacity to grow, we can learn more about ourselves and become the expert in our own life’s.

Here I will help you develop skills and strategies to help you make positive changes, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I don’t want you to suffer in silence, I want you to open up in a safe environment and talk with someone who will listen and care.

Welcome to Room To Breathe

Meet Naomi

Naomi is our counsellor and Founder of Room to Breathe. She is approachable and passionate about helping others to transform their relationships and lives for the better. She is kind and genuine making you feel calm, welcome and safe to explore problems.

Naomi is interested in and can help with parenting, step-parenting, relationships problems, divorce, single parenting, anxiety in adolescents and adults, depression, healing, goal setting, grief and loss, breathwork and refocusing. Working with solution focused therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy to help people move forward in a positive and balanced way.

When she is not working, she is spending time with her husband and raising 2 daughters, 1 step-daughter and 1 step-son to be strong, independent and resilient young people. At the age of 29 she experienced going through divorce, court systems, being a single mum, anxiety and many other difficult things life threw at her since then.

Over time and with the help of professionals, family and friends she managed to come through the other side of all those difficult times. That life experience has given her great insight, depth, empathy and personal experience to add to her role as a counsellor.

Naomi is here to understand and empathise with her clients, wanting them to feel supported, connected and understood.
