Be Active And Exercise

Activity and exercise are necessary in supporting good mental health.

Being active will give you a sense of achievement and increase the chemicals in your brain that help put you in a happy mood.

Exercising can help eliminate low moods, anxiety, stress and felling tired. This doesn’t mean you have to do hours of exercise everyday but just something that you enjoy.

It could be a way to see a friend or family member by going walking together once a week.
